One Standard Across the Leadership Page
Heritage Grocers Group / Cardenas Markets · Ontario, CA
Leadership photos had accumulated over years from conferences, previous vendors, and whatever was on hand. The result was a leadership page where the eye caught on every inconsistency before it reached a single name.
We built one lighting and framing standard and ran the entire leadership team through it in a single production day at their Ontario office. Same background, same light, same distance, every person. Retouched files landed in a private gallery three business days later.

Leadership Team Case Study
A Custom Background, Matched to Brand
Intercare Therapy· Ontario, CA
Healthcare organizations need images that read as approachable and clinical at the same time, and they need that balance to hold across departments that rarely coordinate with one another.
We built a custom background to the organization's brand color rather than defaulting to gray or white, then held it constant across every department photographed.
Clinical staff, administrative staff, and leadership all sit on the same visual foundation, which is what makes a staff directory read as one organization instead of several.

The Return Visit Is the Whole Point

Most team photography drifts within a year. New hires get photographed by whoever is available, and by the second year the team page looks the way it did before anyone hired a photographer.
We photographed the team on location in August, saved the exact lighting, background, crop, and finish as a documented standard, and returned in October to photograph everyone hired since. The new portraits sit next to the originals without anyone being able to tell which session they came from.

Team and group work
Most of what you see here came out of corporate team sessions run inside a client's own office. A complete mobile studio comes to you, which means professional lighting, backdrops, and tethered review, all built to move a large group through in six to ten minutes each. Larger organizations and multi-site rollouts run through our on location productions.
Individual portraits
Executives, attorneys, consultants, and advisors booking on their own come through the executive headshot session, which runs longer and allows more wardrobe and expression variation than a team rotation does. If you are wondering what a session actually covers, here is what is included.
